Ryan Engel is a product-market-fit expert and prolific angel investor whose acumen for helping founders at the early stages of product development has repeatedly generated outsized returns.After joining Peloton in 2013 as its 5th employee, Ryan launched the company's retail business, eventually scaling to 100+ stores globally. Ryan managed over 200 employees while overseeing all new market launches, ultimately generating over $1B in GMV before departing Peloton in 2022 to launch Cade Ventures.


As Chief of Staff and Investor, Isabel supports all pillars of Cade's investment process from fundraising and sourcing to diligence and portfolio operations. She was previously a Venture Fellow with Impact Engine and a partner at Wharton Venture Partners. Isabel began her career in management consulting at ZS Associates before transitioning to a role in healthcare strategy & operations.
Isabel holds a Master in Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies and Business from University of Michigan.


Tyler is currently a partner at Rock Creek Capital, a family office and alternative asset manager in Jacksonville, FL, where he focuses on due diligence and investment management. Before his current role, Tyler started his career at Morgan Stanley as an oil trader and then founded an athletic apparel startup, Larkshead Apparel. Tyler is also a risk management advisor to Deepwater Asset Management and an advisor to FAST Platform.
Tyler holds a Master in Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.


Devon currently advises investments for Thompson Machinery, following his retirement from the U.S. Army after more than 20 years of service. Devon held command roles across every rank from First Lieutenant to Colonel, leading U.S. Special Forces units in combat throughout the Middle East. His military career included deployments with the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) and senior leadership roles within U.S. Army Special Operations Command.
Devon holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelors from the United States Military Academy at West Point.


As an MBA Venture Fellow, Joshua assists with Cade's sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support. He brings deep technical experience from engineering roles at Cummins, Tesla, Meta, and Amazon Web Services, where he led projects in manufacturing automation and AI-driven data center efficiency. Joshua also has direct startup operating experience as an AI Controls Solutions Engineer at Phaidra.
Joshua is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration from The Wharton School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
